Children and Youth Exposed to Violence Performance Report IMPACT Link

Starting a new performance report?

1. Click the IMPACT Link button above. Once the IMPACT Tool is open, click the “Start New Report” button.
2. Once you fill out the first page, you will receive a unique URL specific to the performance report you just created via the email you enter under “Point of Contact.”
3. After you complete the performance report in the VAWA IMPACT tool, you will finalize and download a PDF of your report.
4. Submit your PDF in the JustGrants System as an attachment before the deadline. PDFs must be submitted in JustGrants to complete mandatory reporting requirements.

Need to find an existing report?

If you have already started a report and need to find your link, use the “Find My Report” function to get the link emailed to you.

Submitting a report for previous periods?

Click the IMPACT Link button above to begin a new report. Select the reporting period and enter the year for which the report is needed.

Closing out your grant award?

When you are ready to complete the closeout report, use the regular IMPACT Link button at the top of this page. Select “Final” for report type on Question 5 of the first page. Only report on grant-funded activities that occurred during the six-month reporting period for your final performance report. Do not report data for the entire life of the grant, or aggregated data, in the final report.
